Awful company - would recommend to steer clear when buying heating oil!
Placed an order for the first time with this company, despite them being slightly more expensive than others, as they said the oil would be delivered BY the 19th September. It is now the 26th and still no oil. We are running low and have a 1 year old. Not once have I received a call from Affinity Fuels to tell me what's happening with my order. I have had to call on numerous occasions with the latest being this afternoon after I was promised delivery in the morning - at which point I was abruptly told "it's out for delivery today". Guess what? It's 7.30pm and no sign! Nice being lied to. I believe they don't supply the oil themselves, they use Watson Fuels - and you can check them up for yourself to see such awful reviews from customers who've experienced the same as me. Appalling service, lack of communication and lies. Do not use.

I signed up to this company while looking for heating oil prices a few months ago and clicked on a link to win 500litres of oil. Got a phone call yesterday saying I had been chosen as the winner and the oil was mine, it is being delivered next week. Great news as this should see us through to next year as it will almost fill our tank. Now I realise that these competitions are real and not just gimmicks! Thank you Affinity Fuels.
