I don't know what is worse. Their traffic management people who seem to have the traffic flow and traffic light implementation intelligence of a gnat, or the fact they want to try and force smart water meters on people who share a stopcock between numerous properties. The argument for water nationalisation is long gone. The fact they are better than thames water really says it all.

Disgusting business practices, Affinity Water submitted non payment of water bills for 6 months to credit agency when in fact I had paid every bill. No apology, no urgency to remove from my file. Totally unacceptable.

Affinity Water are an absolute disgrace. There is a massive water leak underground outside my property that has been going on for six months. They asked me to take a morning off of work so they could come out which I did. Nobody bothered turning up. I am not going to take any more time off of work. The leak isn’t affecting my supply in my house so if you want to waste thousands of litres of water Leaking underground so be it I am sick and tired of this company. If I could pick a different water company I would, to give them one star is too high. Try and ring them on their customer services number. Nobody bothers answering, if you do finally manage to get through and they say they will call you back they are liars. They will not call you back they lie can’t stand this company

Really bad business practices, when I first moved into my property my water didn't work so I called you guy's and your man was like "no worries let me get your details round and we will get someone round to fix it" after sorting out my details he said "yeah it's not our problem you need to get in touch with your local authorities" and since then I have gone out of my way to be the worse possible customer imaginable lol.

This company is charging the same amount of money for winter as they do for summer.
I use water for the hot summer period watering my garden a lot. Otherwise - the same usage.
I am going through this problem with them for 4 month.
The customer service cannot do anything .
The visiting representative asked me how often I cook and have a shower and, at the end , told me that I " give him a headache ".
The web does not have a complain procedure , in fact – you can only call.
I will go to the ombudsmen with it.

What a useless company. If we cannot choose a Water Supplier freely, why this service is not simply included in the Council Tax?

Never before have I experienced so many water outages in any property I have lived in. Failure to maintain the pipe system has seen a number of local roads shut down for days at a time. Not so much as an apology, let alone provision of any compensation.

The worst customer service ever, tampered with our metre said there's a leak when there isn't then applies a leak allowance absolutely disgusting behaviour from a water company that clearly has issues so they tamper with people's metres to make more money. I've paid a plumber to come out check from homeserve there's no leak yet I'm out of pocket due to the above terrible customer service your a joke!
