Great customer service from the managers in the office. I had a great experience with these guys, they rebuilt the transmission in my 2018 Hyundai Sonata and left it running like brand new. I would highly recommend them for any kind of problem you have with your car.

STAY CLEAR OF THESE GUYS. Ive gone through 2 transmissions over the course or 15 months with them. It went back in 2 times during the 12 month warranty period with the same issues unresolved. Brought it back again just past the 12 month warranty period they offered to fix and replace at a discounted rate. Once done 2 weeks later right back in the shop again. They had my truck for 31 days, just got it back. Drove it for about 45 minutes, once the transmission gets warmed up it does the same exact issue it did the last time. There is no possible way they did anything the last 31 days. I put it in gear, nothing happens. After you rev up the engine while its in gear, it finally pops into drive, makes this loud grinding noise. Going to explore legal avenues, these guys clearly dont know what they are doing.

The worst shop I have ever dealt with in my life we are business owners, we own a Ford F450 Diesel The transmission started slipping so we decided to bring the truck here. The biggest mistake we have ever made in our life spent $5000. The truck is still dealing with the same issues. They are thieves mechanics stole out of our truck Employees items, missing the owner and the Son are the biggest liars Bill, the manager is the only one who knows what he is doing there. This shop is a disaster be aware of what you’re getting yourself to before bringing your vehicle here! My transmission is still overheating. Return the vehicle to them several times they do not know what they are doing.
