I`m sorry to report that we have had a very unsatisfactory experience with this company, who installed our garden pond a few years ago. They admitted getting the initial levels wrong such that the pond would not hold water across its entire area.
Despite reluctantly agreeing to pay them more money to correct the original mistake, the problem has continued. The pond surface area is now about a third less than agreed & that we paid paid for. Despite a number of requests AGA refuse even to visit us to look at the problem, much less commit to put it right. We are now faced with a large bill to put it right.
We would caution against using this company.

I`ve read the response to our complaint. It is not correct to say that four years elapsed before we raised this problem. On 16th May 2016 (a year after installation) I wrote the following to Sandra Mclachlan :
"We continue to be rather disappointed with the water level in our pond. As you`ll see from the photos, the water is at the bottom rather than mid way up the coir rolls as we were given to expect. A shame...especially after the second attempt to get it right"
This received no response from the company & the problem has continued, with the water level still at unacceptably low levels. I find it interesting that the individual who carried out the work has left the business. I wonder why ? I should also point out that we have not been visited by Ash Girdler, as was promised. Bad show AGA !
