Absolutely appalling company to deal with. My architect sent plans for an extension and loft conversion, needed them to calculate the extension plans and submit to building control. They turned up, ripped up my carpets, didn’t even put them back properly, lumps left in the carpet and after I raised this, they had some handy men come and do the best they can to put them back down. Carpet was still not 100%.

After all of that I was charged an extra 2 hours labour. When the plans were submitted, only the loft conversion calculations were submitted. When I contacted Agile Engineering and spoke to Colin the owner, he mentioned the extension was not discussed at all. Which is ironic, as we spent a good 30 mins going through the extension plan when they came to measure and dig.

The worst part of it is having spent £1700 with them, only the loft conversion details were given, and I didn’t even need structural engineering plans for the loft conversion, the whole point of approaching Agile was for the extension.

Unprofessional, damaged my existing carpets, submitted plans that were not even needed. No integrity whatsoever. I wanted to support a local business in Peterborough area, and it clearly backfired. I would advise to stay away from this company. I have all communications and invoices to prove this for whomever wants to see it.

In the end I had to approach another Structural Engineering company and spend more money to get the project progressed.

Please may I take this opportunity to thank your company for a very professional service , from speaking to Johann and to meeting Domitrios on site the whole process which was new to me was dealt with very efficiently and precise.

Communication a sometimes forgotten part of a business was excellent , I have now received your report and although I do not understand throughly what it contains , it looks a concise a full document.

I again thankyou for making this part of our house renovation a simple task and I would thoroughly recommend your company to relative and friends.
