Was worried after reading the reviews but these guys are a 5 star company. Next day delivery, cheap, vat invoice, communication right through order process. Must have sorted themselves out 👍

I placed an order on 25th May for a sprayer and extension lance to the value of £176.98. I had not heard anything by 30th May so phoned and was told my query would be passed onto the business owner and I had no response and chased up again on 3rd June and told they can't update me on order and the business owner would get back to me this did not happen either and on 4th June I phoned again and the lady on the phone told me the extension lance is not available at present and supplier on Spain cannot provide any further info and asked what I wanted to do. Has she could not provide any further details of when my order would be ready i decided to cancel the order and in spite she called me an evil man and put the phone down.
I followed this up formally by cancelling my order via email and few days later I realised they were deducting Swipe fees from my payment ( the cost they incurred on processing by payment online) even though I had waited 10days before cancelling only because they could not fulfil my order. I sent another email today asking for the Swipe fee to be refunded and I got a terrible reply. This company as no regard for customer service and does not hesitate to verbally abuse its customers having no regard for its implications. I wished I had read their reviews prior to ordering. There was an agonising wait for the refund with no further communication on my refund status after the abusive women put the phone down. I have added pics of the communication. Never had an issue like this before where a company has financially penalised you for their incompetence.

In July 2024, i bought the wrong part for my sprayer. I returned the part shortly thereafter asking for a refund. I have still to receive that refund and have received no response to the sixty odd emails I have sent. I appreciate that the error was mine in the first place but I would expect some level of customer courtesy/service from a company like this. I have, needless to say, turned to other suppliers.

Recieve a damaged item taped up in a damaged box that has obviously been returned to them once already and they've tried to pass it off again. As you can see they said I didn't supply photos when I have. They are blatant liars. The main problem is the holders for the pipes are stretched so they can no longer hold. The company didn't even acknowledge this part of the problem. If the box hadn't been opened before then why was it taped up and how did it get scratched and the pipe holders damaged?

Used to be quite good, but recently very poor customer service. Incorrect parts delivered. No replies to emails. Sarcastic customer service representative.
Won't be buying here again.

Ordered some parts, one product was not as described and was informed by the company they only offer a 7-day returns window (not sure if this is even legal by UK standards?) and therefore missed our return window.

Emailed the company to ask this as product still in box and sealed. No response from company.

Wish I had read the multiple bad google reviews before purchasing from them!

EDIT : The product was delivered on the 12th of December. The return request was placed on the 3rd of January. 3 weeks (including Christmas / New Year) - not the 6 quoted within the reply!

Super quick post..arrived next day...!! Thanks guys for spares for CUP665-61 and CUP 990 spares for fence sprayer made by Cuprinol.Did consider using e-bay..but no way would e-sellers be this professional in customer care and service.

Ordered a number of nozzles for company. Delivery was quick but 2 of the nozzles were incorrect, not as ordered or what was on the invoice. Emailed them and sent a picture as requested, 3 weeks and 3 more emails later no credit or replacements
