We have ordered from this company twice & both time pellets turned up at least 3 to 4 weeks late. After the initial 3 week wait.
The same excuse was used on both occasions but we wanted to give the company a second chance.
The delivery lorry caused substantial damage to my property causing hundreds of pounds of damage & Agripellets have done absolutely nothing about paying for a repair. Instead they have constantly denied that they caused any damage.

Super delivered on time, exactly where we wanted. Lovely driver. Superb quality pellet which fluffs up beautifully and soaks everything up and stops the smell. I love that they recycle the bags and give you the cash back for them off your next load. Top job.
