Missing People have been a customer of Concise for a long time now and we have had nothing but incredible service and Value for money.

They are experts in their field. Everyone from the service desk to the account management team are always a pleasure to talk to and are always happy to help.

We have used concise for several years now, what I find really good is the response times & the time taken to listen & resolve issues. Sometimes a minor issue can cause people (especially someone not as technically minded as me) but whenever I've contacted concise all issues have ben resolved quickly to my colleagues & my satisfaction.

My call was answered within one ring and by someone (Lucas) I had dealt with before and was able to assist me immediately. The problems were identified by Lucas and Elliott and dealt with successfully. The response time on my laptop was also improved drastically by using specialist software to identify malfunctioning McAfee which was deleted. Very pleased thank you!
