Unable to give zero stars, so this is over rated.
I had an appointment booked on Thursday 4th Jan for between 9am and 11,30 am. It had to be in the morning as I had a medical appointment in the afternoon, the bloke I spoke with to arrange this time was made aware of my time restraints on this day.
The engineer turned up at 13,30pm. I wasn't in.
Spoke to someone when I returned home and arranged an appointment for the 12th in the afternoon, I'm on nights and don't want to be awake all day for someone to turn up when they please.
Got a call from Paige yesterday 5th Jan, could I rearrange my appointment because there's a big job on the 12th.
I said sure can anyone come today.
Yes she says, I'll call an engineer now and arrange it.
She put me on hold and I waited 5 minutes when she told me an engineer was coming from Hull right now to service my heating.
Guess what?
No-one turned up. Now I'm going to have to waste my time in phone calls to the local council about the way I've been treated by this company.

Great work carried out last week by Shane and John ,very helpful and clean and tidy every day. The electrician's were very good aswell ,everything was explained in great detail, left them to it with current situation.would highly recommend. Even when I have called the office Dean is very helpful and very friendly. I appreciated the call when the work got put back at the beginning of this situation to check I had heating. Thanks again, fantastic job guy's.

Right from the very first phone call with Dean, we have been very very pleased with everything Airco have done. Dean was very helpful and professional from first contact to completion. Everyone involved from Shane who came to do our survey and check we were happy with the install, through to John and his team who installed our new heating system, they were all very helpful and professional and I would recommend to anyone. I have to say that these folks are brilliant! We were provided a costing from another company and some advice, and as you do - we got an alternative comparison.

We saved a fortune as the other company advised our system could not be repaired as parts are not available. They said we needed an expensive replacement and the bill ran into almost £5K - Airco came, Dan was a great lad, really personable and knew his stuff - his team were equally great too and everything about them from the first impressions right through to the final job was great. Paul Baker was the final guy here and was also professional and personable. Will use again without hesitation.

I know these boys are not the cheapest albeit in this case they did save us money. But I have total confidence that they will give the right advice, provide a great service and be a pleasure to deal with.

Totally fantastic from start to finish. New airflow heating installed and had no idea what to expect in this process. From initial survey to work being completed i couldn't of wished for a more friendly and professional team. Shane, John and the rest of team (who's names i didn't get) you've all done a perfect job, looked after me in making sure i had some form of heat quick and totally cleaning up after yourselves. Just wanted to say what a great firm and outstanding after sales service that Dean and his team are. We had the latest Solar Edge Panels installed a couple of years ago which have been a great investment! We had problems with our internet recently and didn't realise it affected part of the communication system that monitors what we are using over the year. Dean informed us of the loss of data connection, as he also monitors this as part of the system performance. He quickly informed us what to do to resolve the problem and we were able to reconnect easily! Great firm, great team, great service and fantastic quality products!!! Thank you!

massive thanks to the lads who have just installed new heating system into our home. they did a fantastic job from start to finish. very professional !! told us how to use the system and so far so good. cleaned up after themselves too. Thanks again lads you're a credit to Airco.

We’re over the moon with our new heating and hot water system.... Howard and Liam or (Chisel) and (Ham) as they were affectionately known for the 3 days they were here, couldn’t have done a better job!
They were very professional and went out of their way to please us and our German Shepard dog.
They battled thru snow to get to us, tbh a lot wouldn’t have traveled to the middle of the North Yorkshire moors from Hull in the conditions they did and we are extremely grateful they did and didn’t leave us without heating.
We would definitely recommend them. Nothing was too much trouble. Great job lads n thank you Stormie, Mark and Ziri
