The house was absolutely perfect—spacious, beautifully organized, and impeccably clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. It's located in a great, safe, and peaceful area of London, away from the busy crowds. I felt very relaxed and well-rested during my stay. Highly recommend!

Everything was good.

The facility is clean and in good condition.

There are two metro stations near to the falt, one located in zone 2 and the other one located in zone 3.

The flat is well equipped.

Generally recommend it if it is okay for you to transport by metro.

The only thing is there is a stair in the flat entrance and it could be not safe if you have a baby and you have to block it with anything.

Do not stay here. The place is shambolic. The aga pictured is not usable. The oven could only be turned on by pressing both timer buttons at once. We of course didn't know this, so tried calling the owner who has a call centre taking all their calls so a hour and a half wait and a hypoglycemic episode later, we could finally eat after a three hour drive to get there. Non of the wardrobes were fixed to the walls, found a used plater on the floor, wires hanging out of the hob extractor fan where a bulb should be and a blocked sink were just a few of the other issues. Place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, stains on the bedding and layers of dust everywhere, a tooth brush on the wardrobe. Oh, and as well as multiple broken windows, we also noted that the room with the cot, the room that you might chose to leave your toddler for a nap had a window that wouldn't lock. Our son opened this window and had been unsupervised (like a napping toddler might) would have fallen out. Complaints fell on deaf ears and they had the cheek to ask for a review. Well here it is.

Property we rented in Colindale was gross! While it says no smoking, there were cigarette butts on the balcony. The walls were marked up, damaged and colored on. Floors were dirty, couch was dirty, there was mold is 3 spots in the house. Dishwasher was full of moldy dishes! Laundry machine was filled with powder and needed to be cleaned.

We had to clean the apartment ourself to make it stayable! No help from staff other then an apology!!

Rented an accomodation for 4 persons close to Heathrow airport and close to public transport, restaurants and supermarkets. The accomodation was real value for money and check-in and check-out went smooth. Communication with de staff of AirOperate is excellent. I would recommend them!

near the apartment there is a supermarket and places to eat.
Collection of key to the house was from different place. We were informed to collect the keys at 7am from the shop and we had to wait with my small kids till 8am shop to open.

Nice Place in the Center of London, well equipped and close to Kings Cross Station. Kind offer for an early check in. To complete the review I have to mention that the beds are quite soft and I would have wished for a quicker chat response. All in all a good place to stay.
