We have to give a big shout out to Dan who is the Technical Manager at Alamo. He is not only knowledgeable but very friendly, courteous and efficient. Dan and Alamo go above and beyond to support and ensure networks, classroom and office equipment is always up and running by working with all staff at all levels.

I work across two schools and we have a designated named technician in each who work with all staff at all levels to ensure our networks, classroom and office equipment is always up and running. The Alamo team as a whole from the technicians based in school (who are now seen as part of the staff) to the helpdesk and the Director go above and beyond to support us, not only on the day they are based in school but between visits. There is a ticket system to log problems and if the issue can be dealt with remotely, then it will be that same day, often within the hour. The team are also only a phone call away!

All technicians at Alamo are very willing to work with other contractors to set up contracted equipment on our networks. They are also very knowledgeable and will provide advice on all things technical from specifications for the best equipment to work with our networks, providing quotes and specifications for new equipment, advice on new telephone systems to the licences we need to keep us on the right track.
