Well as part of a chain of shops it is easy to see how everything and everyone goes by the same standards as laid down by the company and their directives but this branch always seems to be the one that shines in comparison to others in the area. Toilets are always clean and to say they actually have toilet paper in their too which in some branches you have to check before you lock the door just in case. Always find someone at the self scan and at a manned till. Whereas some times I have to ask for someone to use the manned tills if I have a little too much for the self scan area. So hands down it is my go to 'local aldi despite the fact it is nae my local by a few miles

Just moved to the area and can say that this aldi has the RUDEST staff I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. There is absolutely 0 need for the attitude some of them have. Done say hello to you or goodbye - when me the customer says it first. Just looked right through like I dont exist. Is this a Hamilton thing? Think I'll be writing to head office next to tell them their staff at this branch need brought up to line with the service skills at literally every other aldi I've ever been to. Will be taking my money to lidl going forward. At least there they acknowledge you like a human being!

Not bad need to watch as not all prices are low and don't expect to get Wellman taxi to pick you up quick as woman standing waiting half hour for them when I arrived I called for her as she didn't have her own phone done my own shopping she's still standing called again for her to be told the taxis on its way !!! In not very polite manner so much for my good deed today shot down by young boy on phone !!?!
