An altogether first class experience.
I’d narrowed down my choice of stove model and searched on Google for a good price.
All About Living came in as the most advantageous, and also offered a further £10 discount on checkout!
I gave the shop a call and they were very helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions and gave good, honest advice.
The fire arrived a couple of days later as promised, and I couldn’t be happier. Brilliant experience!

Excellent customer service after a very disappointing experience with another company. The electric stove we wanted was delivered promptly, was well packaged and the company's driver brought it into our sitting room, which was appreciated. Excellent Service & Prompt Delivery

I recently purchased an Evonic Halo 1800 fireplace from All About Living, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Initially, I was a bit concerned because their price was significantly lower than other websites, but everything went smoothly.

Fantastic service from All About Living. We have recently bought an electric stove and surround and give the experience 5:Stars from start to completion. From the excellent service (not pushy) in the showroom, updates related to delivery and then fitting we have been extremely pleased. We would definitely recommend All About Living. Looking for a media wall fire I managed to narrow it down to the Flamerite E-FX 1500 based on being British made and great customer service. After doing a price check on this latest model from Flamerite I found that All About Living offered the best price which inc a good discount (Black Friday offer) which was about £800 cheaper then it's nearest competitor at the time.
I phoned All About Living as I wanted to arrange delivery for a specific time as we was going to be away & we could schedule our Carpenter to start work on our Media Wall.
Customer service was excellent and very accommodating and managed to organized a scheduled delivery.
So a big thank you to a family run business I would definitely recommend All About Living.

Just on a side note when the Fire was fitted the heat function wouldn't work so I contacted Flamerite and managed to organized an engineer to resolve the problem which was a week later ( Flamerites fantastic customer service).

Excellent range of products in the shop. Staff were extremely knowledgeable & helpful; Ray had a very clear idea of the product that would be suitable for our needs & spent time with us, helping us decide.
The fitter was courteous & professional; the fitting went smoothly & the fireplace and fire are a lovely addition to our home.
