If I could give a zero I would Receptionist is extremely rude had a few queries huffed and put the phone down I then called back thinking the phone had cut out but she turned round and explained to me that she had hung up on me and then put the phone down again. Very unprofessional wouldnt trust to close a window let alone sort any asbestos out with attitudes like that stay away.
