Allison Heating and Plumbing Ltd have just completed fitting a full bathroom refurbishment and a fantastic job they made of it. Nothing was too much trouble all queries answered as the work progressed by Simon Elliott who also carried out the design. Warren, Allison's fitter was there all day every day and carried out all the work expertly and again nothing to much trouble and made sure we were happy before permanently fitting any thing in place, a credit the the company.

I do not recognise the earlier reviews. Allisons have now done three jobs for me - refitting my downstairs toilet, replacing my shower and working in my main bathroom. I found their management to be excellent, their craftsmen skilled and efficient and the equipment supplied to be of very good quality. This is a firm I would unconditionally recommend for this kind of work.

Very efficient, changed a valve over the washing machine inlet and also fitted a new main stop tap which is a lot easier to use. In and out in 30 minutes, job done, very reasonable price, well impressed!

Bad company, they charge a lot of the money and they use the cheap appliances for more than double the price ! They fixed the shower ball joint the cheap quality for £ 300 !!!!
They provided to with cheap quality shower kit with the joint ball that is damaging my bathroom because the head does not fix properly and gets directed to an angel that makes the water get out and damage the flower and the carpet !!
when I contacted them just two weeks after the work to change this kind of shower joint they picked for me , I became in shock that they want to charge me again as new work !!!
Bad company they also do not provide warranty or any security to make sure the appliances works safely and efficiently !!!!

I had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted by Allisons in August 2022.I found them very professional.Their quote was surprisingly cheaper, even with VAT ,than another quote from a local heating engineer.They were able fit the boiler in one month ,when I had been quoted a three month delay in obtaining boilers.Lewis did an excellent job and I plan to have them fit a new bathroom.
