Can’t say how good the battery is as I’ve not been away in the caravan yet, but the customer service is great. I sent a WhatsApp message (after hours) and it was answered the next day. Ordered the recommended battery and it was delivered the next day. Let’s just hope the battery is as good as the service 😌

Rung and told Alpha what I was looking at, then asked whether this would suit my needs, was put through to a helpful guy who suggested a different battery from the same manufacturer. A bonus was that the suggested batteries were approx £35.00 cheaper for each one. So they are not just about taking as many £'s from you as possible! His suggestion saved me me £70 or so.
I ordered there and then and both batteries arrived the next day, coming in well packaged boxes and had strong plastic bubble type bag inside.
I haven't connected the batteries yet, too cold outside, so I cannot comment as to whether they have given good advice or even as to how long they will last.
I can say they have given me a 5 star service. Let's hope his suggestion is equally 5 star.
