Bella was great to get all the paperwork sorted and applications for the various pieces prior to installation. Andy did a brilliant design of the system that works perfectly with my house requirement (always there for a quick call/text on a question) - Once I got use to the App's its dead simple.

I'd been researching solar and battery systems for around a year, most of which was done watching YouTube videos. That's where I found Alps Electrical and Andy's informative movies.

It's the first time YouTube advertising worked for me. I contacted them and Bella helped with all the questions and promptly responded to everything I needed to know. We agreed on the size and price of the system, and two weeks later, an installation date was set.

Despite the cold weather at the time the install was done in 3 days. Very, very impressed with the professionalism of Alps. Highest recommendations!

The information received about the proposed solar project was very thorough allowing us to make an informed decision on the design of the system with help from Andy and Bella. The workmanship was great and Andy even tidied part of our garage. Very happy with the Fox battery system which should give us a option to add further batteries if required. They are a very approachable company, carry out quality work, respect your house and make sure that what they are doing is exactly what you want both before and during installation.
