I have dealt with this company for only a short period of time, and in that time I have been absolutely shocked to see the standards they have when it comes to forklift certification and service. 2 of our trucks were certified in January this year by their engineers, only to have another of their engineers advise that the chains were illegal on one of them 4 weeks after inspection. On another site they did not install the split pins on the chains after servicing and inspection. I would suggest you thoroughly check your FLT trucks for compliance. Will not be using again.
