Tom Clusker came out after the office called my elderly parents offering a free solar panel health check. When he arrived he found a scary problem and got them to agree to a new inverter (needed) and an eco max optimiser (not needed). Total was £5400. Actual value fitted by local professional approx £1500. On the day of fitting they got Dad to sign for a cable (which was the wrong size even though it had been running perfectly for 10 years, and a warranty. Another 4 grand). I called Tom Clusker telling him what was said, and he said he would call his boss as that wasn't right and my dad was a 'good guy'. Thomas Lydamore then called me who wasn't happy, was belittling and so intimidating my dad wouldn't talk to him any more. Thomas wanted paying straight away even though everything on the contract had not been completed.

From the initial consultation I had with Lance the representative, who went through all of the options that were available to me, and advising on the most suitable location for the batteries.

The engineers arrived promptly on the designated day, they were very friendly and informative, and went through my best options again for the location of the batteries.

They were very clean and tidy, ensuring that everything was done to my complete satisfaction.

I'm very impressed with the level of service from start to finish, it's so rare in this day and age to find a company that truly do deliver on everything they said they would.

It gives me total confidence in who I'm dealing with, and a reassurance that I will always be looked after by this company.

We had storage batteries fitted just a week ago. Brilliant have already seen massive savings. Tom was very helpful and informative. When the fitters arrived they were polite and professional and explained how the system worked and put an app on our phones so we could monitor where the power is coming from to feed our home. We already had solar panels so this was an addition to reducing our energy costs and being a little greener. Would recommend Alternative Eco Solutions to anyone.

I phoned Tom Lydamore the Technical specialist on Friday afternoon to tell him 2 of my Pilon batteries had gone down. He said he would send an engineer that afternoon. Amazing. About an hour later Ben the engineer turned up to check the batteries and confirmed that the two had faults. What happened next was amazing. He went out to the van and brought in some replacement cells which he fitted to the 2 batteries. Within the hour all was up and running.what amazing service. Other companies want to remove the faulty batteries and send them back to China to be repaired or replaced. That would take a couple of months. Ben was a very experienced engineer who solved my problem in about an hour. Truly an amazing company.
