Delivery drivers from these tats are useless. Just caught him out of the corner of my eye through the window taking a photo by my front door, didn’t knock the door. When I checked there was a parcel there……. Some might think that’s a great service, but when your door is literally right next to a public footpath, probably not so good. Third time this has happened, the first time the parcel was robbed

Tracked and stated delivered at 5.38pm on Sunday 28th Sept. No delivery, no sign of parcel. Don't say it's delievered when it isn't. No sign of it with any neighbours either! I am not paying for what I haven't received so will be contacting for a refund - wouldn't mind but purchased on eBay!

I give it 3 stars, but only because it unloads very quickly. There's very little room to maneuver.

Why they ask for your key when there is a Suzie lock on the main airline, beats me. And they don't allow drivers to stay in cab. But rather in their brightly lit communal area. And if you lucky enough to get there when the "associates" are on break. You get to share it with 50 odd people. Yay
And then,........🤦🏻‍♂️ See pictures. Who's bright idea was that?

Who is DRIVER AID 659 and how can I speak to this depot Manager? After a faint knock (?) at my front door Saturday night (04/01/25) and my loud asking who is it was, no reply and despite there being a large obvious box for couriers to leave packages, someone instead went to the rear of my property where there is a large gate that is bolted & barricaded shut by a potted tree. Someone must have crept around the back and had to unbolt the gate from the other side, moving a large potted tree, left the small parcel at a back door then left the gate open! It left me very jolted up to find my property violated and my dogs risking escape. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A LOT WORSE. Someone ignoring the obvious front door & mail box, then creeping around my property in the dark, tampering with a barricade and leaving gates open! I have photographs and have kept the package details when I am contacted by someone in authority.

Incidentally, the postcode for the undermentioned incident was PE33 UK No. ending 5508. Don't your drivers realise that unnecessarily creeping around properties at night and unsecuring barricaded areas could result in police call-outs, vulnerable people being terrified when the front door isn't answered or even someone getting severely hurt when under the circumstances they believe they and their property is under threat. I would again like to personally talk to someone FROM THIS DEPOT with an explanation.
