Absolutely first class service from Ambassador, from quotes to after sales service they look after the customer. The workmen were on time polite and very tidy. All time scales were met and at the agreed price. Working with CG Toft glaziers to encapsulate our original stained glass, the result is fabulous. Many thanks for the whole team’s dedication and hard work!

I'm really pleased with the new windows and front door that Ambassador Windows installed. They are really beautiful. The work was done swiftly and the finish inside and out is very neat. I love the floral design on the glass in and above the door 🙂 I also particularly appreciated the effort Umberto made to ensure the fire escape window in the back bedroom was exactly how I wanted it. I recently had a door fitted by Ambassador, I would never make the mistake of going with another company again. I had a front door fitted by a different company and have had no end of issues. In comparison my experience with Ambassador was smooth and this door is fitted perfectly. Berto came out quickly and at a time convenient for me to measure up, and was very polite and efficient. The fitter was also a really friendly man and even put a blind back up on the inside that had come off the old door. Highly recommended.

We used Ambassador Windows and Home Improvements Ltd to install a new composite front door with glass side panels. We have used them previously for double glazed unit replacement. It has been an excellent experience. At the planning stage the company were very friendly and helpful in ensuring that we met our detailed requirements. The choices were complex but at all stages they helped us through. The installation team were equally friendly and helpful, with all the work completed in the day to a very high standard. We are delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend this company.

We recently had a new conservatory roof installed and although I was sceptical about the claimed temperature benefits, I have been really impressed by how well the roof works. So glad that we decided to replace it.
A big callout to Umberto (sales) and all of the installation team. The quality of the work was outstanding and the only (very minor) snag was rectified the very next day after it was reported.
I would definitely recommend Ambassador Windows.

From the moment I requested a quote for some new windows, through the pricing, survey & fitting, the guys at Ambassador have been great. Everything dealt with promptly & we were kept informed every step of the way. Price was competitive and Mike was lovely when surveying and keeping us up to date with everything. The fitters were a great bunch of guys, did an excellent job of fitting 6 windows for us and tidied up after themselves so well that you would never know they'd been here. Thanks again to all & I look forward to the next time we need to call upon Ambassador Windows.

Previously had windows and doors from Ambassador who took the time and effort to deliver and install exactly as requested.
Recently returned to Ambassador for exterior cladding. The whole process was completed effectively and efficiently starting with original visit to discuss requirements, organising scaffolding and fitting of cladding by a professional hard working team. Extremely pleased with the final look. The anthracite colour enhances the windows perfectly. Thank you all at Ambassador.
