Luke’s attention to detail really stood out, and he made sure everything was fixed properly with minimal disruption to our customers and staff.

We have just had an upgrade of our existing and installation of new radiators. The intensive work rate, tidiness and innovation when faced with an existing central heating system challenges was commendable. I choose the Amber Group to do a CCTV drain survey for my 90-year-old mother, as I did not want to go to a very small one-man company and also did not want to go to a big national franchise chain, as the quality can vary at the local level.

The drain survey identified several problems which needed to be fixed. From start to finish, I was not disappointed with the Amber Group. All the staff were very professional; however, I would like to highlight Kevin who was particularly good. During the 4 days Kevin spent on site, he was really knowledgeable, went the ‘extra mile’ to help and I can’t fault his workmanship.

I always felt that they were not trying to push us towards the most expensive solution and their prices were reasonable; thus, I would definitely recommend the Amber Group to others.

A truly Supportive and professional service from a Family Run Business - Thank you Amber Group.

We recently had an issue with our Electrics which meant we had no heating, hot water, Cooker or washing machine and all the plug circuit down stair was not working and Amber Group provided the most amazing service.
It happened on a Sunday afternoon - but I was able to speak with a person - not an answer machine who suggested things we should try initially. We could not resolve ourselves and Amber went out of their way to sort out a visit first thing Monday Morning.

The Electrician arrived promptly and fixed the issue including getting our boiler back up and running , despite a continuing issue - which has since resolve.
