The great care and courtesy you receive at this place is amazing! The moment I walked into the store the customer service and experience was outstanding. I've been to this place two times over the past year now on separate occasions when different tires got nails in them. Workmanship on repairs is always speedy and top notch (never any leaks that develop over time like at some other shops that only plug), and you're able to schedule an appointment with no problem, too. Jolene helped me out today and was extremely kind and efficient. Excellent shop, would definitely recommend them and (if/when another nail catches a ride with me) would definitely go back again

My first visit to American Tire, but due to the knowledgeable and friendly staff, it will not be my last.
Gupta and his team provide great service at a more than fair price.
At no point did I get any hint of upsell pressure. Instead, it felt as though the team were sincere in their desire to assist in identifying, and meeting my needs.
I left wishing there were more service oriented businesses with the characteristics displayed by Gupta and team.

Gupta was huge help when it came to repairing my tire. A huge pothole caused a flat tire and I was far away from home but Gupta quickly assessed the situation and had my tire replaced in no time. He found a reasonably priced tire for me. I was happy with the speed of service and customer service. Highly recommend.
