The service was quick and the staff are very friendly. I was highly satisfied with the outcome. The customer service was better than I expected. The experience was outstanding, they put up with many questions and emails from myself over a few days, they gave me the best advice and were the ones who were able to help me in the end. The customer service team really did go above and beyond.

I bought my Ampere Electric Folding Bike in London a couple of years back - the build quality, responsivness and ease of riding the bike has been great - however, I had issues with some of the rear spokes which I complained about. Ampere's responsivness led to a complete change of the cycle wheels at no extra cost to me! - You could not expect any more from a manufacturer! Thank you AMPERE and keep up the effort on customer satisfaction!

Just a review to say I love my Ampere Deluxe 26!

The colour is beautiful (blue ) and the size is the best I have tried by far, I did try loads before purchasing!

The design is modern and neat I am more than happy and would 100% recommend.

Ampere HiLux E-Bike
This was my first ride on an e-bike - it was very different to a normal bike - a learning curve, which I hope will end up rekindling my love of riding as I enter retirement, aged 70. I am certainly not as fit as I was in my youth!
The bike performed well - too well actually!
The cadence system of just moving the pedals around with VIRTUALLY NO EFFORT to set the motor into action was a surprise - it makes it very, very easy to get around. 65nm of torque certainly packs a punch! For me assist 1 was enough up a mild hill. More challenging hills I probably couldn't manage without moving up an assistance level or two.
Overall a very good experience with the bike and importantly also with Cycle King Pinner, who were very helpful, listening to my requirements, and not pushy. Good enough for me to decide not to test ride any other bike at any other dealer. A bricks and mortar presence was important to me as well as being on the internet. Ampere themselves facilitated the test ride and their customer service has been great so far.
I BOUGHT THE BIKE and now look forward to many miles of the wind in my hair and getting fitter!
