Extremely poor service from Amthal - several visits to take over new alarm systems (repeated visits needed as the engineers didn’t fix the faults the first time around. They also missed changing the batteries so sensors didn’t work). Customer service is poor - it’s another engineer visit at your own cost unless you fight the extra charge. They charge an extortionate amount just to come annually and be aware charges for batteries (couple of hundred pound, as are new keypads - this was not made clear when signing up). I will not be renewing my contract with them next year!

We had initial problems with our Paxton 10 access control and security systems, however Jason (Edes) was very helpful, easily approachable, professional and he was capable of sorting out all our problems. We enjoy working with Jason, he is always very responsive.

I have been using Amthal for many years for my home security and now have them servicing and maintaining all intruder alarms, fire alarms, fire extinguishers and refuge systems within the sports centre that I maintain.
I have been very happy with the service received from Amthal Fire and Security, their prices are competitive and you can rest assured that your premises will be secure, equipment will be reliable and operate as designed.
Amthal are very quick to respond to emergency calls outs, usually on the same day.
I have found all of their internal staff and field technicians to be very knowledgeable, always very professional and helpful and would have no concerns recommending Amthal Fire and Security to design, install and maintain your security systems.

The team at Amthal designed and installed an excellent state of the art alarm at our premises. They were professional and re-visited to ensure things were working well. Trained our staff on its operation and our management on the use of the app etc. Great job.

Dec 2016, we contacted Amthal to seek advice and a solution for our needs. The team there were really professional, offering good advice and options to suit . Their approach is second to none, with a real personal and courteous service right from pre-sales through to aftercare. Their workmanship is exceptionally neat and of high quality. Amthal Fire and Security were professional from start to finish. I live alone and was particularly worried about break ins at my new property following a house move. They assessed my house and gave me advice about the different system options. The engineer was really friendly and made me feel at ease the whole way through. They advised a totally wireless system for me when I explained that I really didn't want wires showing anywhere. I am so impressed with the system and it even has an app that sends me a notification when my son has left the house and has (hopefully) set the alarm! The lads fitting the system were friendly, clean and tidy and even hoovered up after themselves. I honestly cant recommend Amthal enough.

I have been dealing with Amthal security since they were formed many years ago. First at a commercial factory unit and at my home where they installed a new alarm. I have since moved home and they took over the system which had previously been fitted. The company has grown considerably since the early days yet the staff we have dealt with over the years have remained a credit to the company. Today two of their engineers, Tyler and his trainee, installed a new system to replace the old faulty one. They were both professional, polite and I was pleased they took their shoes off, with out prompting, as we have light coloured carpets. They are both a credit to the company. Thank you and well done.
