said that a boiler was serviced in an empty property. Apparently left working, when moved into that said property the boiler WAS NOT working. Phoned them and they’ve said that they’ll charge us call out fees because a week ago apparently it was working - DESPITE the fact it was empty and no one had used it since their “service”

Avoid, not a reliable Company. Was given quote for installation of new boiler, waited six weeks for an installation date, kept getting fobbed off on the phone by a very rude woman, who couldn’t give us a starting date, in the end we had to go elsewhere to get this work done. Would not recommend this Company.

Great service. Always great communication. bought a new house and booked a service as these guys had serviced previously. Then the boiler broke before the service and they had Tom round the same day. Asked for assistance for a commercial property as people having to work in approx 5-8 degree temperatures, was told by the office to use our current provider though I had explained our current provider was unable to assist due to Covid. Not impressed. We could have switched provider if their service was good but not touching them with a barge pole now!

Phoned Anglia Boiler Maintenance as my Father's boiler had stopped working, 4hrs later all fixed and working, the engineer treated my dad with a great deal of respect he tidied, cleaned and put all things back that had needed to be moved. Absolutely spot on service, very much appreciated especially in these difficult days of Covid. Thank you. Highly recommended.

I contacted ABM as they were a company I had heard of and who had been around for a while. I was delighted to be offered an engineer on the same day. I needed some serious repair work - the engineer (Jason) was pleasant, conscientious and made sure I was aware of everything that he was doing. The parts were duly ordered - I was phoned earlier today to say that Jason would be fitting the parts this afternoon (24 hours before I was expecting him). He worked above and beyond the call of duty - I felt guilty for keeping him from his wife and children! It is lovely to have a warm house and hot water again. Thank you Anglia Boiler Maintenance; please be assured that if anyone asks I will recommend you without hesitation.

I Have my boiler serviced every year and ABM have not failed me once. Always pleasant engineers and always very knowledgeable. This year my hot water was non existent. The engineer arrived diagnosed the fault and once the part arrived i had hot water again. Brilliant.

Started work at my new place to fit new radiators etc and oil tank. Started work and received invoice which I paid for work already done then they never returned. After many texts and calls to come back and finish work ...I was ignored then finally got a response weeks later to say they are too busy ...basically find someone else ....very unprofessional
