Fantastic experience with Anglian Skip Hire and Lee Hoffman. Lee responded to my queries quickly - even outside of office hours. The booking process was easy and relaxed. The delivery was perfect; Lee navigated my narrow road in order to get the skip exactly where I needed it, really going above and beyond. Horrible, unreliable service. I went through third party waste management, they appointed Anglian waste to deal with my commercial rubbish, since the beginning of the contract back in May there was a delay in delivering the bin (two weeks) and so far from our two collections a week there only was one!!! For past two weeks they only collected the bin once!!! And they're not helpful over the phone either.

Excellent company to do business with, where other suppliers will let you down, Anglian are courteous; knowledgeable, responsive, easy to deal with and a 5 star service for trade waste. Highly recommend.

Can't rate this company enough.... They have sorted out what was a mess from the previous company we used... it feels good to now be recycling so much of our general and food waste, and in the process they have saved us a fortune!!
Great company to be associated with, and quite refreshing to deal with staff that actually care about their job and the service they give!!
