Mark has been servicing our gas fire and boiler for a few years now. I get an email reminder each year, which I really appreciate. He brings a dust sheet to protect the rug in our living room and leaves everything as he finds it, is professional and friendly. On top of that, he does a great job! Highly recommend.

£72 call out, I had to find the model number of the oven for him, then he decided he'd come back in 2 weeks at his convenience to fit the part, then called the day before to say he'd forgotten to order the part and it'd be another week. £180 to repair a £100 gas oven, no thanks. Has now begun to ring me up and call me names down the phone, biggest waste of my money and time ever.

Edit: what a pack of lies. For a start we stood in my kitchen looking at the manual for a full ten minutes, with a conversation about how it had been under my kitchen sink since I moved in. Also, when he called his supplier they had the part on the shelf, I know this because he called to see whether the model of oven has only one type of thermocouple, because we had trouble with the model number, so what happened in the 2 weeks I waited for him to return I'll never know. If you were genuinely sorry at my dissatisfaction Mark, you wouldn't have called me at 9.30pm on a Friday and hurled abuse at me down the phone. What were you, drunk? So unprofessional. Also, reviews on your website? What, the reviews you put on there yourself? Seems very trustworthy to me... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My boiler broke down on Friday evening. Called anything gas and spoke to mark. He came out first thing the next day diagnosed the fault. Collected the part that morning and the boiler was back working before lunch. Can't fault the service. Price was also good. Warm house and happy customer.

AnythingGas serviced a gas fire for an elderly friend in 2015, then sent a reminder that it needed to be done again in 2016. However despite several emails, phone calls and messages, they have not replied and I am still trying to find a reliable engineer to service the fire. Will not contact again, or recommend.
