Right from the initial engagement through to completion AOS Heating's communications and professional approach shone through. They designed a heating system as a total entity for my house that has proved to be a major improvement on my previous oil based system. The house is evenly warm, hot water is produced in quickly and my energy consumption looks to be down based on the first month of use. This demonstrated that a system like this needs to be properly designed for a property.

During the install AOS staff were respectful, polite and very tidy, causing minimal disruption to the house. A good indicator of the quality of a service is their approach to sorting snags, there were a couple of small snags which were corrected very quickly and efficiently. I would thoroughly recommend AOS Heating and will be engaging them for ongoing system maintenance.

We have had our ASHP a few years now. It was an exceptional service when installed. Ben and the guys maintain it .We have had to have a new expansion tank but that was covered by warranty. The service team are always smart polite, neat and tidy. The quality of workmanship is 5* gold star. I work in FM for a large University as Senior procurement manager I wish the teams we employ were as good as this Company. Back office staff are awesome too.

I am a residential Architect based in Cambridgeshire and I was recommended to use AOS 5 years ago by a colleague. After checking other clients references, they have now installed 5 Air Source Heat Pumps on my projects, with 2 more in the pipeline. They have also installed for friends. All the projects have been different - listed buildings, barn conversions, eco refit bungalows etc. AOS have been responsive in the initial stages, design systems collaboratively and are able to dovetail into a full refurbishment programme as well as do stand alone installations. Their technical staff are really helpful and customers / contractors have been complementary about the install staff. Customers have been overwhelmingly happy with the outcome - a neatly installed and well designed system and a warm house that is economic to run. Their costs have also been reasonable in relation to other installers.

I have been with AOS for 25 years. They are very good service engineers, friendly and knowledgeable. They recently installed a new boiler and gave me lots of advice on heating my home. They completed the work in just over one day and tidied up afterwards. The aftercare papers were sent to me a few days later.
