I've had the Apex Doma guys (Harry, Charlie and Jose) up on my roof today fixing guards to my sola panels to prevent pigeons from nesting underneath. All went very well - they were efficient, knowledgeable and speedy. I couldn't have asked for better service.

AD have just completed installing solar panels on my bungalow. The whole installation process took 4 days and was completed efficiently with very competent AD staff. From the first visit from Ian to the completion of the job by Charlie, Matt and Tom, the whole process was painless and hassle free. They were keen to impart information and were more than competent in all aspects of the job. The support team in the office were very helpful, competent and friendly and kept me informed throughout.
All in all, AD provided a very efficient service and I would highly recommend to anyone considering installing solar panels that get AD in to quote. I found their pricing more than competitive and was not put under any sales pressure at all.

Arrived on time.So polite.No delays they had everything planned and it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. Cannot fault how the installation was carried out.
They even put up with the muddy conditions and colder weather.The electrics installer was really good,he explained the app and showed me around the installation.
From start to completion and in between[office girls] everyone was so easy to deal with especially our initial contact with no pressure at all to buy.
Would recommend totally to anyone wanting to take the leap in to solar.

There are two words that spring into my mind regarding the installation of a GivEnergy All-in-One battery and that is ‘seamless’ and ‘exemplary’. From the initial survey by Ian Pownall and the subsequent installation by Matt and Tom I cannot fault the service. In particular Matt and Tom displayed a measure of care and courtesy in every aspect of their work, from arriving promptly to leaving the finished job neat and tidy – they deserve 5*.

Absolutely top notch team - from our initial consultations with Adam, back-and-forth with the admin team (Abby and Olivia) and the installers I had (Liam, Matt, Charlie, Tom & José), everyone I dealt with were really professional, very friendly and explained every step really well.

They've done a great job, kept things tidy and really putting the care in that makes it clear they are passionate about what they do and that they clearly take pride in their work.

Having spoken to 3 different companies when looking into solar panels and battery storage installations, it was very easy to select the team at Apex Doma to carry out the work.

I had very limited knowledge on how the systems work and what my different setup options are, and the initial consultations with Ian were an excellent education for me. He was extremely thorough, very clear and kept it simple enough for me to fully understand… Additionally, there was no “Sales Pressure” whatsoever – the whole thing was very consultative and engineering led.

After choosing to go ahead, the level of communication throughout the process was also very impressive… I was kept updated almost daily via email or WhatsApp, and any given times/dates for updates or work starting were met 100%.

The professionalism didn’t stop there either, the install team carrying out the work (Liam & Charlie on the panels / roof, Sam & Jimmy on the inverter / battery / internals) were all great… Super helpful, polite and incredibly neat and tidy (the roof team even cleared the gutters whilst they were up there, given you don’t get many chances to have scaffolding up to do that kind of job!).

We have a 12 panel system, with a 5kw GivEnergy inverter and 9.5kw GivEnergy battery… Ian provided links to YouTube videos he has recorded to help with tariff selection, and pointers on using the app to control the system.

Overall, I can not recommend Apex Doma highly enough… It has been a 5* service from start to finish!

What can I say, simply outstanding company to deal with. Both Adam and Ian were amazing from start to finish, the installation team are professional, lovely and all aspects of the installation I’m delighted with. As with anything like this, it didn’t always go to plan, but the team kept me updated, resolved any issues and answered all my questions. I wish more companies valued customers like this. The system (22 panels and two Tesla Powerwall) is superb, I have to admit being slightly obsessed watching the generation and storage virtually eliminate my electric bill 🙂 Overall, can’t recommend Apex Doma Solar enough, outstaying and keep up the good work.
