Do not go with this company.

Honestly this company appears very shady.

We used them for apart of French door in our garden and this have been very poor. The salesman is obviously very pleasant and spins you a yarn about altruism. We highlighted how the work is for our disabled son and as it is to provide access to his garden we are tax exempt (which they confirmed they understood).

The work was done to an ok standard, though they forgot the role bar at the bottom so the team had to come back out, they also did a terrible job sealing the bottom so I did this work myself (now it's much better).

They also forgot a bracket at the bottom so one of the doors won't lock and it took about a month before the team came back (thank goodness we live in a safe area as our back door wasn't locked that entire time).

There is also a gap in the door at the bottom that let's cold air in which I also had to fix myself.

Once the work was done their customer service representative Ellie confirmed we would get the tax back in the work (as it is for my disabled son).

This was in June and it still hasn't come back.

Multiple emails and calls over the coming months and nothing from her beyond it will be sorted next week (an endless roll on of weeks). Now my calls and emails just get ignored or bounced back, I cannot even log into the website.

We went with safe style on all are other windows and doors. Thank god we did because this group are a bunch of thieves that will steal from a disabled child's family.

Utterly abhorrent. Ellie and Apex, if you want to make this right get back in touch.

What a con merchants. This company was trading as prestige doors and windows bradford. Been informed ceased trading. Not suprised. Had a pressurised saleswoman called Lorraine. Luckily we used finance so not paid all upfront. Main living room window left with gaps under sills so draughtier than old window. 2 windows cracked so had to wait for replacement glass. Front door wrong colour so instead of re ordering they took it away and sprayed it!!
Also no registration with Fensa so no certificate yet.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SET OF COWBOYS. Finance company dealing with it now.

Great from start to finish, very helpful and friendly staff. Really impressed with my windows, a great product, looks lovely as well as practical. Good price too. Fitters were brilliant took pride in their work, very clean polite and helpful. Certainly will recommend this company to everyone.

After reading these reviews I decided to use this company to get my windows and doors changed. However, I am not pleased at all.. the time frame they gave me for the work being done was wrong they took triple the time and did not do it properly they cut corners, made it easy for themselves. Till today they still have not completed all my work, they have not given me my warranty yet. They are not professional at all, once taking the money they tell me something else on call and something else on email. I will not be recommending using this company to anyone that I know.

Very good quality triple glazed white window frames and composition stable door, installed in my 140 year old stone terraced house.
They went along with my design which was French windows with an Edwardian 3-panel top casement. Good advice from sales person and good communications from Ellie in the office. They are smart looking and very effective indeed and were well installed by the contractor within the internal Victorian architraves. I was very pleased with the black contrasting exterior sealant; good contrast.
I had three very small issues - all sorted out by the company within 2-3 days. These were a couple of frame sealant issues inside; plus the door central glass unit had the metal separators visible (new one made & fitted in 24 hours !). The main issue was that the whole manufacturing process took a long time; nearly 3 months after I paid the 10% deposit. However the company kept me in the loop throughout and TBH they were worth the wait !!

Absolute cowboys, avoid at all costs, charged extra for scaffolding after agreeing price, fitters never brought or used any, didn’t refund after 5/6 formal requests, fitted front door, wrong furniture, made the fitters replace it even though it’s not fitting work so they did a terrible job, door has since split, number no longer working, can’t get in touch with anyone and am left with substandard windows, defective doors front and rear that need force to open and close, owing massive refund, and no sign of the supposed 10 year independent warranty. Awful.

From start to finish Apex energy were so helpful and professional, from the very first visit to many phone conversations with Ellie in the office they talked us through every step of the process. The work men that came out were amazing and did a phenomenal job fitting the windows. I Would recommend apex energy to everyone.
