Recently our water company has reduced our consent limits which put us in an awkward position of how to proceed with normal operations. Aqua advice gave guidance on plant modification, changes to treatment chemistry and suggested a number of treatment options, they have been a big help to our company in maintaining compliance with both Severn Trent and the Environment agency.

From an in depth survey, discussion with technical staff and analysis into our current treatment methodology Andy Dargue was able to undertake a full investigation and work with us to come up with a variety of solutions whilst keeping costing and practicality of the site in mind. The service provided was well organised and the advice given has clearly come from a thorough understanding of the process chemistry and plant mechanics.

This project had no set timescale but Andy was able and willing to work with us for what has turned into over a years long project.

The support has enabled us to maintain compliance, keep our production site running and ongoing assistance to our technical staff has been appreciated when problems have occurred.
