Absolute chaos of a company . Tried to get a job with this company . Did a days unpaid work to see if I liked the job .lugged about 80, 19L bottles all day .Finished my unpaid day and waited to hear back about my day but never heard anything. Chased them up to find out what was happening but nothing . 6 days later I tried again and the recruiter said its a no .No explanation or feedback ..Just a joke .Dont bother trying to work for this lot .Plus the driver I went out with was on his tablet and phone all day while driving .I have never felt so in danger for a long time .Its only a matter of time before a serious accident will happen .

I am owner of Banh Bao Brothers and This company conned us in quickly getting a water system that they installed badly! Didn't maintain and now are bullying us and trying to cause damage to us with illegal fake reviews in retaliation to our genuine ones. They don't do any maintenance at all and once installed do not respond we made numerous attempts to get someone to fix it and women seemed friendly enough but all a front as never call back or had any intention of fixing.

The tap itself is too small with no waste try and is installed stupidly all the way back so cant fit out jugs, bottles or even cup under to fill up. On top of that it tasted wrong and sparkling water didn't work. IT had problem and randomly leaks causing damage. The only time they contacted us was when we threatened not to pay as not getting what we paid for and then they contact us demanding payment of over 2000 to terminate. We said fine we will pay but we are leaving reviews to warn people who bad our experience was. They Said also can change for a significant cost even though its not been used since their bad installation so maintenance is not included. No one has ever revisited.

Our employees have written reviews as each had to deal with the rubbish and trouble they gave us and in retaliation they have used each of they family members or employees to write fake reviews to cause damage they are liable for online. their names are

We have plenty of evidence we will be using for the damage that was a result of their illegal fake reviews and happy to share with anyone. we are trying to post pictures here too of the badly installed tap and the fake reviews. one of which is already been removed b y google which was nick O'brian's ( the person who sold it to us)

They have not been to our restaurant when they wrote the review which was on the morning of 24th July. I have no doubt they will try to come down cause trouble maybe take some pics later as they are continuing to try to cause us damage online.

Be vary wary of using this company as they have no morals and stop at nothing to cause you trouble

Contact me all info on the website for further info. Their 2nd retaliation commenting our reviews are fake are absolutely false and is the reason google hasn't removed and is starting to remove theirs.

We have just had a very fast and efficient service from Aqua cool. We were greeted by a friendly and professional Engineer, who was called Danny, he delivered our swanky machine and placed it accordingly in the office.

I must say the machine looks very smart & modern & it actually fits nicely into our colour scheme at the office. It's really refreshing to have a new looking machine that doesn't look old, Shabby and dated which we have previously received from other water cooler companies! I am extremely impressed with the turnaround too, we only spoke on the phone Friday and the machine was with us by Monday. We have normally had to wait a week or so with prior companies. Well done Aqua Cool you over exceeded my expectations. 😊

Very happy with the response time on a repair, Had a Zip tap installed about 6 months ago and I reported a fault and within 2 days they had been out, reported the fault and replaced the tap with a new one which has been great since it was installed. Got a 2nd one being fitted next week! Awesome service!
