Adam is a pleasure to work with, he is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and detailed. The ac system he recommended and installed works amazingly , is super quiet and really efficient. The installation was great, very neatly done no mess was left plus Adam was always happy to answer any questions we had and respond to any requests. There was no redecorating required internally and external all the pipework is covered and piping is perfectly level and looks great - excellent attention to detail which comes with his experience and his genuine nature. I would highly recommend Adam and ARC to anyone and have done so to my friends and colleagues.

I had two air conditioning units fitted in my three storey home as the top floor becomes unbearably hot in summer. Adam was able to come round almost immediately (as he's local to my area) and advise on placement, types of unit etc. He was very quick to send a clear, detailed and competitive quote offering a range of units with excellent performance as I'd requested. Adam's manner is informative but approachable and friendly and he was quick to reply when I had questions about the makes and models i was choosing. The units were able to be fitted within a fortnight and Adam worked his socks off to ensure everything was completed to a high standard, tested and thoroughly demonstrated. He was a very polite and pleasant person to have working in my home. Nothing was too much trouble for him, from ensuring I was happy with placement of piping, cabling and outdoor unit to fixing a broken socket and changing my leaky shower head while he was here! He even moved my awkward bin store back into its position and tidied up in and outside before he left. I'm very pleased with my AC units and rate Adam and his company very highly. 100% recommend.

Great experience with Adam all around.

What a game changer! Such a great choice.
Incase you were worrying that his business is new...do not worry! he has so much experience in the industry. Very helpful, straightforward and honest.
Also, compared to 3 other companies- very well priced! He is helpful, upfront and works really hard.
The summers are only getting hotter and we live in a new build house, which retains heat. Our youngest child (less than 2yrs) was struggling as his room would still be 25⁰c at night.
The systems were fitted quickly, with consideration and no mess. My children now sleep well.
We had 2 upstairs rooms fitted that actually cool the whole upstairs and are so quiet.
