I had their best windows profiles with Argon gas filled, which paid extra for fitted a number of years ago. The company is very professional and accurate up to the point in fitting and payment however once you have problems later down the line, there is a lack of support. Make sure you have 10 years guaranty like other manufacture offer in writing from Arctic, otherwise you will be on your own. Several widows look like this in my property and this is not on a rainy day, many fill up with water.

We are delighted with our bifold doors from Arctic Glass and can definitely recommend their professional and competent service. Absolutely amazing customer service. I had my double glazing, windows and doors, installed by Arctic back in 2018. Initially, when customers place orders, every company go above and beyond to complete the sale.

It's after 5 to 6 years, when you have a broken handle, or any other problem, and you reach out to the company, and they are there to resolve your issue, truly tests a company's customer service standard.

This has not been the first time I've reached out to Arctic, but everytime I have called them, due to general wear and tear, they have listened, come out, and sorted out any issues I have had. I cannot recommend them enough. I'm so glad I chose Arctic Glass in Blackburn, for my double glazing.
