I had Carl out at our son's flat over a couple of days resolving issues with his central heating system where both the boiler in the kitchen and the hot water cylinder in the hall cupboard had faults. He also serviced the boiler extremely thoroughly in comparison to others who have serviced my own boiler at home. Carl clearly knows his trade and has learnt from the best. I cannot recommend him highly enough and will be recommending him to friends and family as good gas/heating engineers are hard to find.

We had a replacement boiler fitted by Arista Heat Energy Ltd Ltd and the experience was brilliant from the initial visit and survey until the installation was complete. Carl was very honest in explaining the various options available to us. He also explained the different control options for the boiler we chose. The installation work was excellent and we now have fuel efficient and very quiet boiler. Carl also spotted an issue with our hob connection and agreed to correct this. J would have not hesitating in recommending Arista for your heating installation and I look forward to them keeping our system in tip top condition and serviced regularly.

Carl is a very experienced heating engineer with an incredible level of practical and theoretical knowledge. He provided a thorough service and repair of my boiler that got rid of years of debris that had built up inside the heat exchange unit and it is running like new again, and more efficiently - would highly recommend him!!
