Very bad company, cancelled my appointment twice, even I was put as emergency from council. Because of them, I'm without boiler two weeks now, because plumbers couldnt start the job until the asbestos check is done. Every day on phone with them, their favourite sentence is "unfortunately there's nothing what we can do". Now finally when they came, after council forced them, Im still waitin for report, even I was supposed to ha e it on same day. They put me into situation, whats affecting my relationship, my work (I accidentally hurt myself after phone call with them, needed first aid), and most important my health, physical and mental. But unfortunately I'm council tenant, so just have to wait. Never ever choose them for any job. It's a bunch of liers.

Had appointment booked. The guy phoned up in the morning saying that he had loads of work to do and had to drop the van off. Explained to him that nobody was at home and he had to wait until appointment time. This person didn't bother showing up altogether clearly wanted to finish the day earloer
