Had to take my car here for an AC recharge, arranged by the dealership in advance. Arrived at 8am and staff friendly and efficient. Car was taken into workshop about 8.30am and ready about an hour later. Overall a good experience.

If there was less stars i would give but unfortunately have to stick to 1. Having on going issues for a year which are still not resolved for the same issue .Customer service has been terrible. If it comes to any problems on your car arnold clark do not want to know.

Had 1st service done to my Kia today. I had paid for a 3 year plan. I was told the car would be washed and vacuumed. Half of the drivers door was filthy when I picked it up and only the front of the car had been hoovered. This makes me a bit suspicious as to how the rest of the service had been completed. I see on a review over 12 months ago same complaint Only the front half of the car had been vacuumed!!. I also noticed Arnold clark invite you to call and discuss anything with them if not happy. Not something I would do quite honestly .Perhaps next time I will go elsewhere.

I like the online booking slots, the mechanics were on the ball, I appreciate the video that is sent over looking over the car it shows to me everything is truthful, request is sent through to your mobile for confirming that you are happy for the work to be carried out which is payable via your phone(Luckily the last two times I have not needed any work). There has been past times that other garages lied to get more business from me, which resulted in me withdrawing my car.

Nice polite staff, really liked the video health check it was very informative and helped me make a decision on any work needing done, the tech really went all out on advice that was easy to understand, communication was great, overall very happy A++++++

Took my car in for an mot told that it has failed they tell me the recommend part was quicker so said yes only to be told the next day late afternoon that the recommend part doesn't fit my car 🤔 ( took to another garage that fixed it that day ) had a service less than 2 months before this from arnold clark told same thing and then 2 days later charged £120 for a FREE SERVICE that they said was only a bolt not the part they said at 1st🤔

Very good service garage side and John at front reception is very helpful and friendly with great all round knowledge. Female receptionist told me she would call me before 5 I waited until 5.15 and called, was told my car was ready but they shut at 5.30 unable to get there in time which meant that could not taxi on a Friday night resulting in more loss of earnings . Would have been five stars !
