Called about my EV not charging and they said they couldn't get to it for about 2 months to fix it and suggested I call the AA to take a look. 2 months to fix an electric car that doesn't charge.

Paid £150 for the AA to come out and tell me they can't do anything and BYD have to deal with it - on the same day went to BYD and they said they could look at it just over a week later(not 2 months) and I let them know I need a courtesy car during repairs.

Then after they confirm the repairs say they don't have any courtesy cars, can't get me one and it's going to take over a week for the repair. I asked on 3 separate occasions for a manager to talk about this and didn't hear a word.

Finally picked the car up and one tyre was down so had to pump it up in the car park.

Outrageous lack of customer care for a car with less than 10k miles, not to mention me wasting £150 on an AA callout.

My daughter purchased a grandland vehicle on PCP last year and it's been a big disappointment,she has had nothing but bother since buying. The management light appears telling her there's an engine fault. Got a quote to repair fault and was informed it would cost up to fifteen hundred pounds,she phoned Arnold Clark and was fobbed off ,she's a single parent and had every faith in this company but has been sold a pig in a poke. So Arnold Clark you have lost another customer and I will be telling friends to avoid you like the plague.

I had my car in for a service yesterday. Driver came and picked it up from my work fine and was told the car would be delivered back before 5. I was not made aware though that they would not return my car to me until I had made the full payment. I called them to ask how long it would be for my car to be dropped back off to my work as it was currently 5:10pm and this is when I was told that they weren't letting the driver leave with my car until I had made the full payment. I paid this after being told and received my car back at 5:45pm. When the car was returned it was washed and inside was cleaned relatively well but the smell of weed inside the car was very strong. This will be the first and last time I use Arnold clark Linwood Motorstore!

Fantastic service from Franko “ francesco “ really down to earth guy unlike a usual car sales guy , no over pressurising to buy lingo .. he was very friendly and helpful from start to finish and I took my car home today after randomly popping into the store last Saturday very happy with my new car and full service from franko would definitely come back here for our next car for my husband
