This is the most frustrating delivery experience I have had in years. Even EVRI (!!!) does a better job. Arrow XL has had an Amazon item of ours for nearly two weeks (12 days). In that time, they have made *one* delivery attempt, although even that is just based on what the driver entered into their system. There was no card in the letter box or anything to let us know they had tried. Then, instead of just trying again, they sent me a link to schedule a new date - more than a week out! When that day came, they had a mechanical issue with the truck. A little frustrating, but hey, things happen. I received a text apologising and saying they would try again the next day. Fair enough. *** Except they didn't. *** Another day went by. Still nothing. Then I received a phone call from them (missed it because I was driving). Called them back. Was on hold more than TWO HOURS only to be told, oh, yes, we'd like to reschedule that delivery - the one where the truck broke down. How's a week from today? SEVEN MORE DAYS. Nothing we can do, unfortunately, they say. Nothing clearly is a lot of what they do! Absolutely unacceptable!

Shambles,new washing machine arrived today. Unfortunately guys said i hadnt paid for disconnect of old machine.
I had paid extra to avoid hassle.
After much jackanory story telling of possible flood to kitchen,guys got what they wanted early finish Friday.
I didnt want to have two not working washing machines in kitchen.
Im a wee bit odd like that!
So i didnt accept delivery.

WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL! They said “they would send you a quick reminder on the morning of Delivery and your Delivery crew will call en route to your property, up to 30 minutes prior to arrival to advise you of a more accurate arrival time.” THEY DID NOT. They said “your Delivery is now planned for: 15-NOV-25 between 09:30 and 12:30” Yet I get an SMS notification @ 9:22 to say “Sorry we missed you and your Very item wasn’t delivered today” I WAS AT HOME. THERE WAS NO KNOCK ON MY DOOR. Their tracking states “15-NOV 9:08 Unable To Deliver - No-One Home - Carded” 1. They are saying they are earlier than my time slot so even if I wasn’t at home they should have waited until the slot time they gave!, and 2. I assume “Carded” means they have left a card through my letterbox? NO CARD LEFT I don’t know whose door they turned up at but it wasn’t mine. THEN! When I phone them and get down from 36 people in the queue to 0 taking an hour and a half!?! THE CALL DISCONNECTS!!! Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere! Never even heard of them before and now I know why.

Terrible warehouse. I was expecting a dryer but it had not even attempted to make delivery on the day it was to be delivered i even had to take time off from work so i would not miss delivery!!. Previously whenever they have been successful with delivery the product is always damaged on arrival.

Honestly 0 stars. I’ve been trying to get my mattress delivered for over a week, I scheduled to have my mattress delivered on 11/07/25. They called me and told me that somehow there’s no longer space on the van after approving my delivery so I had to re-book. Since then, the delivery driver has called me to say the lorry packers have ripped my mattress and the delivery drivers on 16/07/25 rightfully told me not to accept it. I am having to chase up people when the issue was not my fault and the company have already failed twice to deliver to me. I have been told I would be contacted to get this done as an urgent 48hr turnaround yet I have tried every way of contact and get met with 2hr wait times for a response to my message to which gets closed down because of “no response” and when I call, I’m 45th in a queue, it has been so poor from the company.

If I could give this 0 stars I would!!! Worst delivery company! Waited in and no arrival then texted saying they couldn’t get to the house, absolutely bloody ridiculous!!! Ao just delivered a washing machine to the house! Spoke to customer service and she was as useful as a chocolate fire guard, then I eventually got the phone line cancelled on me when I wanted to raise a complaint on how incompetent they’re driver was with a useless excuse!!! Use this company if you don’t want your stuff to arrive. And also they charge £50 for delivery!!!!! FIFTY POUND!!!

Made an order with very for a washing machine on the 4th nov, delivery for the 7th. Had a message on the 7th to say it was delivered to the wrong depo. I then have been given a delivery date for the 21st nov. I made a call and was advised it would be brought forward. I have now had another text suggesting the 21st nov. I have called and the advisor continues to offer the 21st.

I had my sofa delivered this morning, 2 guys one older, basically wanted to dump it in garden, I said are you not bringing it in? They said they thought it was garden furniture, so under duress it was brought into my dining area, the older guy said we’re not getting that through there, so can you sign, I said should I not be seeing it out the box to inspect? He said no, so I I read the small print it did say to check it over so I didn’t sign! They had no interest fact the younger guy said I couldn’t care if you sign it or not ….. so they left !! Clearly couldn’t be bothered or try a little customer service !
