Artisan Electrics installed an EV charger in my ancient, listed house. The wiring was almost entirely hidden, much better than I had expected, and very imaginatively done. And their people were very friendly and nice to have around the house for a couple of days. But very expensive.

Tom & Luke were a breath of fresh air. They were professional, prompt & worked well with our German suppliers when needed. I would not hesitate to use them again. Fantastic service, from the original site survey done via your smart phone to the continued update and commination's the service was 5 Star. This comes at a premium but I'm left in not doubt they the electrical installation is correctly installed and more importantly safe. The installer swept and hoover all traces of his visit and all holes were filled and sealed. Great Service.
Without doubt I would highly recommend Artisan Electrics.

I had a Sigenergy 8kW battery and inverter installed, plus a full rewiring of my existing solar panels.
It took place over 2 visits with a combination of Lee, Luke, and Rueban. Who were all excellent.
Everything is now working and I'm just waiting for the sun to shine to help charge the battery.
I highly recommend Artisan Electrics and will not hesitate to contact them if I need further help.
The old saying 'You get what you pay for' is very true and their expertise is worth every penny.

We needed an assesment because of an emergency: boiler failure due to electrical fault (consumer unit). The electrician from Artisan came very quickly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and we were sent the report plus estimate the same day. This was truly outstanding service. We cannot give the job to Artisan electrics, however, because we have since learned that our insurance will use their own electricians - something we had not been aware of, but thank you very much anyway.

I was referred to Artisan Electrics by Myenergi to fit a battery upgrade to my existing system. Their quotation was comprehensive and prompt. The work was carried out faultlessly, along with some minor extra work and it was all tidied up perfectly at the end. I will use them again and unreservedly recommend this company to anyone. They have a great channel on YouTube BTW which is well worth exploring.

Having spent most of the last year renovating my home, I was drawn to the idea of installing a solar system to cut down on my energy bills as well as having a positive impact on the planet. With so much work going on I found myself watching videos on YouTube about various home renovations, and I came across Artisan Electrics' channel.

Having already had a myenergi car charger installed I was looking into the possibility of getting their new battery storage system with solar for best compatibility, and it came as a great surprise to find out Artisan Electrics were based just down the road in Cambridge!

I made my initial enquiry in May, knowing it might take a little while for the installation given how new the product was! The initial sign up was easy, just an online form and taking a few photos. I had to send a couple of emails to check on progress but otherwise was kept well informed.

I had a site visit about a month before the start of the project from Jordan and Wayne who were both very knowledgeable and answered my questions, then it was almost time for the final installation.

The team working on my project were incredibly professional and polite. They turned up exactly on time every day (and I mean that - one day they knocked on my door at exactly 8am!) and even managed to finish the project a day and a half earlier than expected (despite a set back from a delayed parts delivery)! I was kept informed of progress throughout the project and took the opportunity to watch them work.

I know what I paid was certainly not the cheapest price on the market, however my main reason for choosing Artisan was because I could actually see lots of evidence of their previous projects. Watching their YouTube videos was very informative not only of what to expect froma solar install, but also to reassure me of the quality of work I would receive. I completely agree that there is a reason why they have so many five star reviews.

Jordan and the team have worked very hard to build up a business that really does put the customer first, right from the first contact to completion of the project. I am very pleased with my choice of electricians and look forward to enjoying my new solar system for many years to come.
