Brilliant service. Spoken to a polite lady in the office who answered all my questions, help me sort out the E-learning Asbestos Awareness course whilst we were on the phone. Walked me through the hole process, explained that I would receive my cert on completion, and waited on the phone until the course link was received in my inbox.

I recently undertook both my Cat A and Cat B training and tests with Asbestos Training Limited. From day 1 their customer service and communication has been exceptional.

I have to say that the courses offered by Asbestos Training Limited are a completely different level to the ones I had done in the past. Previous courses undertaken I had kind of forgotten very quickly and I wasn't left with any real knowledge on the subject.

These courses however were extremely informative and I had left actually being able to advise on the types of asbestos, a vast range of applications, and the ability to confidently identify potential risks. Something none of the previous courses had given me.

The Cat B course was undertaken at their training facility and as with the Cat A course, I learnt a huge amount from the day which not only gave the the necessary knowledge, but again the confidence to go and actually apply the knowledge in the real world.

The course was very successfully designed to be applicable to people from all different working backgrounds with a vast range of experience. I am from an office environment with little experience of working with trades and on working sites. I was training with a number of experienced and non-experienced electricians, groundworkers and plumbers.

All of us worked very well together via the guidance of the on-site trainer who also did a fantastic job of applying the learning to all of us.

A very nice touch was the fact they they took the time to talk with us to understand how this training would be applied in our job roles after the course had been completed. They then used this to gear the training material towards our current work. This I feel really helped all of us to fully understand everything.

Insightful but very frustrating that you are required to listen to the voice over before you can proceed. I can imagine normal people read a lot faster than the narration.
