George at Asda counter was very kind and gave us details for local taxi while we were struggling to find one. It was greatly appreciated. He also wished us a good evening what a kind lad.

When we waited for the taxi we got something from the store too the range is very nice and checkout with Asda Rewards is quick and easy.

Pile of crap. Yesterday. No manned tills, queue at self scan. Floor being cleaned at the self scan exit by one person. Four others standing watching and gossiping. Exit blocked off while they did this presumably for "safety". Tills took ages taking my cash, kept being rejected. Eventually went through the machine. Turned round the bloke supervising the scanners telling people with trolleys they'll "have to go back and out the entrance". No "sorry the exit is closed at the moment", "please", "can I ask that you ..." Etc.

What a dump. Whoever is currently manage of this place needs to get a grip. And whoever currently owns this company should do the same.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the appalling experience I had while collecting my shopping from your store. The level of incompetence and lack of basic customer service I encountered was completely unacceptable.

My collection slot was scheduled for 5:00 PM, yet I was left waiting an additional 45 minutes due to sheer mismanagement. I attempted to contact the helpline, but no one answered. I then knocked on the Click & Collect door, yet still received no response. Left with no other option, I went inside the store to inquire about my order.

I spoke to Dan, who made it clear that he would not be able to give me my shopping because he was handling an 80-item order, even though my order was already packed and ready. To make matters worse, he was wearing headphones, had his phone in his hands, and showed no urgency or professionalism in resolving the issue. His attitude and lack of care for customers were extremely frustrating.

Additionally, when I finally received my order, the items were completely disorganized, with raw food mixed with refrigerated items, which is both unsanitary and unacceptable.

This experience was a complete failure on Asda’s part.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Accused people for shop lifting and banning random people from shopping here for nothing. Always gossiping by the self checkout.

Everytime I go here I get pooped on by one of the seagulls nesting on the store's roof, me or my car.

Okay selection of goods. Almost all staff on the self checkouts are utterly clueless, leaving my girlfriend and I stood waiting to be verified at the tills for several minutes on multiple occasions, while they stand and chitchat between themselves, oblivious to the things they should actually be paying attention to. This happens on almost all visits and can be extremely frustrating.

Both of the mobility scooters were broken and the managers were no help whatsoever.
