I would highly recommend Ask Environmental Services to anyone looking for professional advice for any asbestos related issue.

During recent renovations in my new house, the builder found suspect materials underneath the flooring which sadly put a hold on all the works. On very short notice, they attended the property & completed an asbestos R&D survey on the entire property, the results and report were provided within 3 days. I was then issued with the quote, at a very affordable rate considering such short notice, the removal was then carried out allowing my builder to proceed.

I contracted Ask Environmental Solutions to carry out an Asbestos Management Survey to ensure our property sale went through without delay.

Initially contact with Kevin was excellent!!! after 15minutes talking I was completely aware of each procedure from beginning to end, a whole lot more clued up on the dangers of each Asbestos type also helped settle my fears.

The Survey works carried out by two very pleasant Surveyors, once complete I was then told where each Sample taken was located and then told how rough costs of Removal in the event the Samples return positive.

To conclude our dealings I was issued and as promised my Report within 48hours.

I am confident that Asks Services would not have been bettered by any other Company, for this reason 5 Stars and the highest recommendation from myself.

Part of my bedroom ceiling collapsed, and I was worried that there might be asbestos in the ceiling. ASK Asbestos Solutions answered my call even on a Sunday. The guy who came to take the sample was lovely and answered all my questions. However, they were delayed by several hours in when they were supposed to come. Furthermore, when calling to get my results I was repeatedly told that someone would call me back within a few hours, and it took several days of calling for someone to eventually call me back. Finally, they told me I could not have my results until I had paid the fee, but I had not yet received an invoice and therefore it was not only impossible for me to know this, but impossible for me to have paid.

Contacted Ask regarding asbestos in a outbuilding. They came out and gave me a quote, which was pretty reasonable. I accepted the quote and they came out within 2 weeks and removed the asbestos. Very efficient service and I would definitely use them again

Thanks very much for removing the asbestos slabs from my front garden yesterday. Kriss promptly arranged the removal after providing me with a speedy estimate.
Apparently they have been in my garden, used as a makeshift fence under my hedge, for over 60 years. They were flagged up on my Home Report when I bought the house in 2017. Commonly used in the 1950s and no need to get hysterical about them but it is a relief to see them gone!
Grateful thanks to Mariusz for all of his hard work, and his colleagues. A nice cheery bunch; no mess left and no fuss.

Contracted ASK environmental to remove asbestos in our home. We paid 50% of the payment up front as requested. On the agreed day no one turned up and despite repeated calls and emails we have had no response. We are out of pocket and still have an asbestos problem. As there has been no response from ASK the service we have had is tantamount to theft. Absolutely appalling.

Worst customer service we have come across!

ASK ENVIRONMENTAL - This company failed on 3 occasions to attend clients property to take samples despite being booked and paid for in advance and the client taking unpaid leave from work to be in attendance. We also applied resource to be onsite to ensure samples would be taken from the correct rooms, this also was a complete waste of our time and resource.
The company appear to be completely disorganised with no apparent care for customer service, messages appear to be passed around with no one taking ownership with no explanations.
This company (a term I use loosely) has now jeopardised our relationship with this important client who has a portfolio of properties throughout Edinburgh.
We cannot stress strongly enough our anger, disappointment and frustration this company has caused and would under NO circumstance recommend this organisation to anyone.
