Called at 9.30 as my boiler was leaking. By 9.45 an engineer attended to fix the boiler and get us back up and running with hot water and heating. Superb service from a local company.

Boiler broke down Monday evening. Rang Aspect Tuesday. An engineer came round Thursday and couldn't repair it, said he'd try and get a new circuit board. The boiler was very old so we asked how long it would take to get a new one. He rang the boss who said 'We can fit them in tomorrow'. We got a new boiler fitted next day, we are by no means vulnerable so don't need extra consideration, this was simply excellent service. Their engineers are nice considerate guys. Very pleased.

Update: Invoice came in bang on the estimate, very fair price indeed

We had a problem with our boiler, it has gone into reset mode and would not come back on. Aspect Gas Care Ltd came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part needed. They then came back the next day to fit it. Fantastic service and at a reasonable price. A special mention to the lady taking the calls and making the arrangements for the visit. Absolutely first class service. Thank you.

I recently had my boiler serviced by Aspect and have to say I was impressed with how thoroughly this was carried out. Last week Aspect installed my new gas cooker, again I have to say how impressed I was from the initial conversation with the ladies in the office who were so helpful to organize this to work with me and my time schedule. The gas engineer also worked hard to resolve the obstacles he encountered in trying to install the cooker, this was not a simple gas installation connection process and I am sure others would simply have walked away, he stuck with it and got the job done. I have no issue with recommending this company.

Our boiler packed in so we called Aspect Heating to help. They came out to look at it the same day and give us a price and then removed the old boiler, put in a new boiler, renewed the pipes, installed the digital thermostat aswell as other works including checks such as radiators and water temperature 2 days later. I couldn't have been happier with their service and prices and would highly recommend their service.

My grandma's heating broke recently and I was very impressed at how promptly and efficiently Aspect Heating attended to the problem. Grandma is an elderly lady, living alone so an engineer attended within 24 hours to give her some heating until the problem could be properly rectified in the next few days. It is lovely to see a company looking after the vulnerable so well, particularly when they were clearly busy over the festive period.

I had a major boiler leak two weeks ago, flooded the kitchen, slap in the middle of lock-down. British Gas gave me a date sometime in the next millennium (I have a maintenance account with them!) I called Aspect and they arrived in short order, fixed the immediate leak and carried out a boiler change within a few days. They were brilliant. I cannot speak highly enough of them, the job was done in 5 hours and the site was left in an immaculate state.
