Aspect Group were sub-contacted to complete a new roof by my landlord. They did not dispose of asbestos correctly leaving it on scaffolding above windows, over my front garden and thrown in the skip, the skip company refused to empty the skip till it had all been removed. I complained via email as my son and I had been exposed to the asbestos.
The roof was singed of as complete with 26 snags and uncompleted work. For the inconvenience I was offered a £20:00 love to shop voucher, as you can imagine I said 'No not good enough.
Still as of today I am finding asbestos and long nails in my front garden.

Very pleased with my GivEnergy PV+battery installation. AspectE offered a one-stop-shop for scaffolding, installation and electircal works. My installation was not simple, as I wanted to support some heavy loads - Kevin, Emma and the team were incredibly patient and accommodating until we found the right design for my needs. Installation team were fab and very tidy. System installed is exceeding my expectations. Like any new system, we hit a couple of teething issues - the AspectE team were very responsive and addressed all my concerns. Would happily recommend.

From the initial telephone contact we were treated with respect a very prompt home visit was arranged. The information given was helpful and informative. The installation went ahead as planned efficiently, all aspects of the new system were explained. Post installation advice has been sought and given at no extra cost. The service has been first class, the installers always pleasant and helpful. Installed solar panels batteries and car charger points. I would recommend aspect to anyone thinking of having a solar installation.

Aspect were very helpful in helping me understand the different options of EV charger available to me, best suited to my vehicle. After an initial site visit, I was booked in nice and quickly for an installation with one of their own knowledgeable engineers. The installation was well organised and quick, Aspect were prompt and professional and I’m very pleased with the end result. My car now charges in under half the time and I have the scope to feed Solar energy to the device in the future. Overall a friendly and professional service.

Where do I start.. well your incompetence has caused my kitchen to flood.. bodged up work not to any standard that would be exceptabale.. made to feel like a liar trying to chase certain contractors who supose to be doing work on property only to realise they are actually cowboy builders.. rude staff no help from management when u make a complaint. Just thrown 200 compensation as hush money so u don't report then to trading standards for the cowboy work.. DEFIANTLY WOULD NOT recommend them doing any more contract work for great yarmouth council. Especially after the ton of excuses and lies for weeks and me having to keep rescheduling my private life and doctors and hospital appointments for me and my autistic child.. for them not to show for appointments arranged in advance to repair the said dodgy work

Subcontracted by my landlord so far my roof has been off for 3 weeks and still left exposed ,
Made a previous complaint regarding serious damage to my ceilings and not had a response from this either. Damage still not been rectified regarding the ceilings , first roofer that was sent to my property was asked to leave due to shouting and being aggressive in the house with my children about this came about because i had shown him the damage to the ceilings in my childs room severly cracked and damaged, still no response to that complaint either.
Having to Call everyday to ask where the roofers are as it gets to 10.00am and still no ones here. Excuses from broken down vehicles and the “weather” .
Upon asking when the roof will be fixed their response is they “dont know” . Really not happy with aspect roofing and wouldnt recommend to others to use .
My home is left looking like a building site with scaffolding , roof exposed, skip and tiles and a toilet in my front garden and still non the wiser as to when this will be fixed .
I would use another company if you want your work done in a suitable time and manner .

Had a new pitched installed and a new flat roof at the back of the property about 3 years ago. I am still waiting for them to come and finish pointing up around the chimney and to sort out the puddling on the rubberised flat roof. Have contacted numerous times but still waiting
