Boy, did I hit the jackpot for service! These guys are great at diagnosis of problem; NEVER try to oversell service - in fact, they pointed out that I didn’t need things that the local dealer was trying to double down on. Just outstanding work here - when it’s fixed, it’s fixed. Work completed on time. I’ve never seen a business more service oriented than these guys. Fair pricing. You cannot go wrong to bring your vehicle to Aspen Auto on Mark Dabling.

I have been a customer of Aspen Auto Clinic at Mark Dabling for over 15 years. All the personnel have been professional, respectful, and the work has been superior quality. No up-selling. No pressure to immediately fix inspection findings. Clear explanations of findings and impacts to car care and driving affects. Honest assessments of issues and repairs - which has saved much money over the years. Comfortable waiting room with snacks and drinks. Free shuttle service to and from home.

Came to Aspen Auto Clinic based on google reviews and am very dissatisfied about end result. There were several concerns about service and communication. Was looking for a second opinion on a BMW brake job and Aspen was sure they would beat estimate if I brought in for them to take a look.
Dropped off at 10am and didn’t get estimate until 3pm on a Friday. Received estimate and told service advisor (Brad) that if he can’t get job done on that day, I couldn’t do it but he was adamant that it would be done. At 430 pm he called saying they ran into problems and couldn’t get done but car was already disassembled but would be done first thing on Monday.

Monday midday didn't get any communication about repairs. I called very frustrated with the overall experience and talked to (Brad). After voicing my concerns with him he got frustrated and said “we are done here” and hung up on me. I called back and talked to a “fill in” manager (Ivan) He didn’t apologize for (Brad’s) behavior but told me that the car would be done soon. He shared that they had to overnight rotors because they couldn’t get parts but would cover shipping cost… which again I wouldn’t have had them do the job if it couldn’t be done Friday afternoon and was guaranteed it would be. He stressed that he was doing me a favor by giving me a discount for a shipping charge that was completely on them. Upon picking it up they stressed their warranty saying if I had any issues or squeaks to bring back in as soon as possible for them to fix.

Now there is a very high pitched squeak backing up and on occasion braking forward. I took car back for them to check out and was given an answer of “we used premium BMW parts and there is no issues. This is a normal thing with European cars and brake replacements”

There was no follow up on my experience and based on Brad’s poor customer service I am very disappointed in service I received. For an auto shop to have such great reviews I’m shocked this is how they handled my car. I will never use them again or refer anyone to use their services.

From the first phone call to the final job, this team has been nothing but great. Kind, generous with their time to make sure I understood what was going on with my car and how to best care for the issue. They called an uber for me making it extremely convenient. And made sure communication was thorough while a part was waiting to come in.

Brad, Nate and the team at Aspen Auto Clinic are the real deal! They recently got me back on the road when my power steering failed during a snowstorm. They stayed late to make sure I could get back on the roads before weather conditions were too bad to drive in.

They were great at communicating every step of the way and gave frequent updates on the status of the repairs. They even provide very detailed notes and photos of what the technicians find during their inspections which is a game changer in terms of both transparency and educating the driver on the process to repair the vehicle. It would be a nice touch to take this system a step further and provide photos of the new parts after they were replaced or repaired to see the completed work.

They give accurate pricing estimates with taxes and fees included so you're not surprised by the final bill. I felt the prices were fair given they use quality parts that come with a warranty.
I was able to take advantage of a promo they were running and took 10% off the repair saving me hundreds of dollars.
No one wants to have their car in the shop, but anytime I find myself in need of a fix, I'll be using Aspen.

I would highly recommend Aspen Auto Clinic. I was very happy with the service I received. They are professional, courteous and honest. Brad was thorough and fixed the issues and didn’t make claims that my car needed other things. They saved me tons of money compared to the estimate I received right before I decided to try Aspen Auto.
