I am delighted from initially meeting Darren to getting the work started.
The huge transformation to a space that was very cold is already warmer .
The team were first class, courteous , answered my endless questions and gave me reassurance.
At the end of the work , my house was returned to normality and spotless.
I would not hesitate to contact Darren and have future work carried out by his team.

This is the second time I have used asset integrity Scotland and I am absolutely delighted. Getting any work in the home is disruptive , but having Jamie initially for most of the work certainly put myself at ease.
Jamie was extremely professional and considerate whilst working , always leaving the home tidy.
Aaron joined Jamie and completed the work, Aaron’s attention to detail was exceptional and he is also an amazing professional, tidy and hard working member of the team.
Colin the plasterer can honestly transform the room as he works quickly and efficiently.
I would not hesitate to recommend Asset integrity scotland who have an absolutely fantastic team, ready to listen and answer questions , leaving a first class job and a very happy customer. Thank you Darren and the team.

Asset Integrity Scotland did an excellent job installing underfloor insulation in our basement. The whole experience, starting from initial contact, to getting EPC done and then the install was great. Aaron arrived on a saturday first thing and got straight to work. Once he realised he needed a few more rolls to complete, he was on the phone to a colleague (forgotten name, sorry!) who promptly arrived with a few more rolls and helped complete the job. The insulation was installed exactly how I expected / wanted it. Not too much crawling about on this job too! The worksite was left swept clear and tidy. Finally I had some great help from Joan getting a 2nd EPC to support the HES grant claim.

Underfloor insulation Westend, Aberdeen. Glen and Chris from Asset Integrity recently did some work for us. Arrived slightly early which was a nice surprise. Went about their business professionally and enthusiastically. Pleasant and entertaining to interact with. Great job round 👍

It was a difficult project, to upgrade the insulation of an old granite bungalow to allow the use of a heat exchanger. AIS was contracted to provide the insulation and coordinate with Sugplumb who were putting in the heating system. Stripping the walls revealed several other problems and Darren’s network of tradesmen and contractors was an invaluable resource to call upon.
AIS has a core team of workers and they are not only expert in the installation of insulation but have a broad experience and depth of knowledge of many other aspects of the building trade. Without exception they were pleasant and competent, going about their duties with energy and enthusiasm; and a special call out here to Chris who took on the responsibility of managing the worksite and liaising with Joan to ensure that all went smoothly.
When the job was complete they took away the building debris and swept out the house.
In summary then, Asset Integrity Scotland are the company to call upon if you need to insulate the house, I was very happy with their work.

Darren and his team came to my rescue at extremely short notice to complete some half done insulation and plastboard work in a tricky area around exposed beams. Darren's communication throughout was spot on, updating me frequently on when each of the trades would be coming and the finished work was of excellent quality. All of which was completed within 3 weeks of my initial contact. Will definitely use again in the future.

Darren and his team recently completed a full four bedroom farmhouse refurbishment. The job was completed top to bottom, insulation, plasterboard and plasterwork.
