Top service, really nice guys and very patient!

We started getting solar quotes way too early really but Atlantic were patient while our build was progressing. The installation is easily the neatest electrical install I've ever seen.

I've got no faults, from the roofers to the electricians on site, everyone was courteous, neat and kind.

Really pleased with my experience.

They kept me up to date throughout, the installers were all friendly and professional, the panels look great, the wiring's all neatly done, and everything was left spotless after the installation was completed.

The panels have been generating electricity without any issues for the past week, and the certificates & permissions came through very quickly after payment.

I am very pleased with my new solar system and extremely impressed with Atlantic Renewables from start to finish. Their whole team, from the office staff to the installers, were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
- I did not experience any pressure or upselling and I understood exactly what I was buying before I paid any money.
- I had one to one contact with the design team who took pride in getting the best setup for my house's individual characteristics and meeting my preferences.
- The installation crew were again, very friendly and knowledgable, cheerful and nice to have around. I felt comfortable trusting them to be in my house. considereing the scale of the job, they caused very little inconvenience. They obviously took pride in their work. A very tidy installation with good routing, no mess left behind and everything clearly labelled.

This company clearly has a good internal culture and it really shows through in their customer service, every staff member I spoke to is a credit to the business.

Fantastic service from start to finish.

Atlantic Renewables must have provided 4-5 different project quotes for me, over a period of 6 months. They listened to, and understood, a number of changes in our requirements on the project - and they responded professionally every time.

When it came time for a site survey they went above and beyond to keep the appointment - despite having a number of staff unavailable (for reasons out of anyone's control!). Atlantic Renewables contacted me ahead of any changes, to keep me informed about who would be coming out for the appointment.

The installation was very professional. The electricians showed up exactly when they said they would - starting before 9am every day! We were kept informed as the job progressed, and given plenty of chances to talk over any questions.

All in all, I couldn't be happier with the service provided! I'd highly recommend Atlantic Renewables to anyone that asked.

I would highly recommend Atlantic Renewables if you are thinking about installing solar on your property.

They were highly professional and gave me detailed advice on what I need to generate my own electricity. The install was a 2 day job and the team were very friendly & respectful to the property. In fact they didn't even have to switch the power supply off during the installation of the inverter and battery. The install itself looks so well done, very neat and tidy!

The documents arrived just over a week after the install and I'm now in the process of applying for SEG payments.

This company was a pleasure to do business with from start to finish and their after sales communication is A+ too.

Recently had a solar installation, and from the initial contact with the company, right through to the final documentation hand-over, we found them to be excellent. No hard-sell whatsoever, and they were very informative and helpful. All the installation team were polite and knowledgeable. It's not too often these days that you find companies operating in such an efficient manner. I cannot recommend them enough. Well done.
