Been using Atlantic for years, never had a problem, inks are great and service is always prompt. Never a problem speaking to the engineers for advice, even at weekends. Always willing to help, I have had a contract with them for over 3 years, in that time I have had heads replaced and lots of work done all without problem, and of course all covered on the insurance. I'm amazed at the other reviews, never known them to ever be like that. Happy for people to contact me for a genuine appraisal. P&P Signs

Having recently brought a refurbished wide format printer from Atlantic, to be honest I didn't know the business at all well, but I did know one of their engineers, which is why I came to purchase my second printer. After the initial installation I had several issues and felt a little disappointed. Having spoken to several engineers I was unable to resolve the issues. I then spoke to Keith ( the owner) and I couldn't have got a better service. He verbally promised that a senior engineer would be with me in the morning. True to his word the service manager was on my doorstep bright and early. I've couldn't have asked for a more professional, polite and more competent person.
Not only did the problems get resolved, he also spent the time to show me things I didn't know.
I cannot recommend this company high enough.
I now purchase all my inks from them for both machines and to date have not been disappointed in their quality and in fact have just purchased a 3rd flatbed machine from them.
I would highly recommend this company to any printing business.

Disappointed with the service I have received. My contract states my printhead was covered. My quote was based on probe head covered (the reason I was looking at cover) but when I called to clarify after an engineers visit, I was informed it isn’t covered and at the price I pay the couldn’t cover it due to print head cost. Staff seem to think a £1500 part requires over £1000 per year to insure. Glad my house insurance isn’t 2/3 the value of my house annually!
Don’t want to accept returns on unopened ink bought within 14 days. After informing them I have the right to return they want to charge 25% handling fee. Double check your contract if you use this company. There is so much more regarding engineers visits, but that’s another episode.
I had been extremely patient with this company, but cancelled contact, more stress than it was worth.

Update: Donna called me, asked me to remove the review. Made me aware she could leave a review on my page (although she’s never used my services? 🤷‍♂️) threatened with legal action because I shared my experience... on a REVIEW! Then hung up the phone 🤦‍♂️
Wonder if all this would have came about if I left 5 stars 🤔 never had a company contact me about a review before.

Now, having been involved with wide format printers of all shapes and sizes and for far too many years to mention, I thought I knew a thing or two about printers... turns out I'm not as smart as I thought I was! To cut a long story short, I broke it... and ATS came out and fixed it practically the next day!

The service level I received was fantastic, the engineer (who shall remain nameless to save his blushes) was a top man, he knew everything there is to know about my machine/ He sorted out the problem with no fuss and it was back up and running perfectly in no time.

They are a great company, excellent prices and great communication from all.

I will definitely be using them again and cannot recommend them enough, all round printer fixing heroes!

Nothing good to say about Atlantic, terrible service, always promised call backs but never received and when I finally do get an engineer out he knocks over and damages £200 worth of material which is now unusable.

They do a pretty good job of selling you their ink, DON'T DO IT!!! A brand new head is damaged after 2 years, no head strikes and the head is physically fine.

They contradict themselves and if you complain they attack you rather than help.

Stay well clear!!! You've been warned!

Thanks to all at ATS for a brilliant, seamless install this week. Very happy with our refurbished Mimaki printer. Very friendly (non pushy) company to deal with & there's a definite sense of rooted customer care throughout, which is very rare these days. Andrew and Martin the tech wizards who visited are very professional, knowledgeable and super easy to get on with, would recommend ATS without fail, just wish I came across them sooner!

Very disappointed with the lack of service from Atlantic. We have had a couple of call outs over the years and had parts replaced, however the most recent experience has not been acceptable.

To date we are still waiting for a call back to arrange either a flush or head replacement, that hasn't happened, we required a call out during the Sign and Digital show and we were put to the back of the queue as we weren't part of a service package, ATS had a stall at the show, so we weren't prioritised which is fair enough, however that show finished weeks ago!

The advice we received on the last call out was a flush should fix our head problem, if that failed we would need a new head, bearing in mind ATS replaced the original head only three months prior to that which is a concern. The engineer wasn't keen to say for sure what the issue was, however the inks we used were eventually blamed, ATS seem to forget that we have had the machine prior to this using Jetbest inks without fault on the head years prior to this, three months in and we need a replacement to our replacement. something isn't adding up, they were happy for us to use their aftermarket inks though.

A colleague spoke with Keith, who seemed only to be interested in selling us a new machine rather than attempt to fix our machine as well as a service package and as a result we have in my opinion been ignored and pushed to the back of the queue and now ignored because we have opted for the flush which is the cheaper option.

The most disappointing part is that we were given two options, flush or head replacement, we clearly wanted to try the flush as why replace a head three months after a brand new one unless we absolutely have to.

We have already spent thousands of pounds with ATS and i do not feel this level of service is acceptable, nor is the advice genuine, pushing sales seems to be more at the fore than servicing our machine.

This company is the best company I’ve come across when it comes to printer repair and maintenance, I got recomended to get In touch with their technician Stafford by a friend and he couldn’t of been any more helpful. I’m a very small vehicle wrapping business in the big scheme of things and he went over and above to get my printer working even though I hadn’t bought it from them I felt like I had with the level of customer service I got, all this at a moments notice on the days leading up to Christmas too and my printer was not a simple fix but now it’s printing spot on and I’m very grateful, do not use anyone else these guys are the best!
